In an effort to serve my growing readership I am adding new features faster than I can service them. But so what? Some stuff sticks to the wall; some doesn't. My next to latest new feature, "Drunken Lunches" has not gone away; it's just that it takes a long time to actually organize, invite and complete. My next "Drunken Lunch" will feature four of our most esteemed Supreme Court justices at Outback Steakhouse. (I know, Outback isn't open for lunch, but this was really an early dinner. So sue me.)
My newest feature is "Trailer Reviews". Since I rarely if ever actually go see a film in a theater; and waiting for the DVD is so yesterday; and reviewing films I haven't seen based on the reviews of real movie reviewers is, well, cheating--maybe with a little plagiarism thrown in; from now on, occasionally, I'll just review the trailer(s) before the actual movie is released. Thus, I'll have jump on all the actual reviewers, and you'll get to know whether the movie is worthwhile or sucks long before it's even released.
To start this new feature off with a BANG my first Trailer Review will be the hotly anticipated "Da Vinci Code". See the following post for full review.
